At Protein Place, we aim to provide 100% genuine, sealed, and high-quality health & fitness products. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priority.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

·         The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

·         All seals, labels, and accessories are intact

·         A valid proof of purchase is provided

Non-Eligible Returns

Due to the nature of consumable products, the following cannot be returned:

·         Used or opened supplements

·         Tampered or damaged packaging

·         Discounted / clearance items

·         Free gifts or promotional items

·         Gift cards


Refund Options

Once the returned product is received and verified, you may choose:

·         Full Refund to the original payment method

·         Store Credit for future purchases

·         Product Exchange (subject to availability & Delivery charges will be extra as applicable.)

Refund Processing Time: 5–7 business days after verification.


Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required:

·         Order number

·         Product photos

·         Unboxing video (recommended)

We will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellation

·         Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

·         Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible

·         Full refund will be issued for prepaid cancellations before dispatch
